Crew assignment and tracking is a resource consuming process. To help airlines with handling all Crew scheduling
functions, SkyCrew is a paperless process, ensuring easy crew planning construction and data integrity through easy to
use graphical interfaces.
SkyCrew main graphical window is divided in three parts:
-Flights schedules
-Pairing details
-Crew rostering
Three different scales are available, depending of the type of actions required by the planning agent : daily, weekly,
monthly. Details of the display change with the type of selected scale, giving priority to specific information.
SkyCrew can be implemented as a stand alone system, or fully integrated with the SkyOps Software. This integrated
Crew Management System will then provide your airline with all crew functions and alerts, such as :
- Pairing construction, including Dead Heads and Hotels Accommodation
- Legality checker (to be adapted to each airline)
- Crew Assignment
- Flights and planning modifications tracking
- Qualifications (Position, Aircraft, and ‘dequalification date’)
- Personal Information (Address, Passport , Visa, etc...)

Hrs. is the number of flight hours: 03h45
Act. Is the duty length: 04h45
Legs number of legs for the pairing : 1
Marg. Margin is the difference between maximum duty time
and last leg arrival time.
The thin line below the flight bar represents the duty from checkin
to end of duty, the thin line to the right represents crew rest.
The flag is located at maximum duty time, so visually it is
possible to know if a leg can be added or not.
Assigning tasks to a crew member
Graphic interface enables assignment either
through “drag and drop” capabilities, or
through a task bar which appears with a single
“clic”.
Assigning ground duties
Shortcuts are provided for the most frequent ground duties assigned and the bubble shortcut provides an access to the full list.
